La storia di F.B. spa inizia nel 1960, grazie alla brillante iniziativa imprenditoriale dei Fratelli Balboni: quattro
CAPITALE SOCIALE giovani uomini della provincia ferrarese che, attraverso dedizione e impegno hanno reso possibile la trasforma-
zione dell’Azienda, da piccola realtà familiare di paese, in una Società con più di 60 addetti, attiva nel mercato
104.000,00 euro internazionale.
Ancora oggi F.B. spa è interamente di proprietà della Famiglia Balboni e vede ai vertici gli esponenti della Secon-
FATTURATO da Generazione che, a partire dagli anni Novanta, ricoprono ruoli di primo piano nella conduzione della Società.

ASME U Stamp 1) assemblaggio di skid compressori centrifughi, alternativi, vite e anello liquido;
PED-H 2) assemblaggio di unità ausiliarie: centraline di raffreddamento e di lubrificazione, pannelli di tenuta, skid di
UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 trattamento gas e filtrazione;
EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 3) prefabbricazione e montaggio di tubazioni;
TSSA Certificate of Authorization 4) costruzione di recipienti in pressione (pressure vessels);
5) assemblaggio di carpenterie metalliche medio-pesanti.

Generation, since the Nineties, have been holding leading roles in the management of the Company.

Offices and Workshop are located on a surface of 26,000 square meters, in Alberone di Cento (FE). In a central ANNUARIO ANIMP 2023/2024
area of Emilia-Romagna Region, the Company is easily accessible from the main airports, railway stations and
ports.
F.B. spa mainly deals with five product lines:
1) assembly of centrifugal, reciprocating, screw and liquid ring compressor skids;
2) assembly of auxiliary units: cooling and lubrication units, seal panels, gas treatment and filtration skids;
3) prefabrication and assembly of pipes;
4) construction of pressure vessels;
5) assembly of medium and heavy metal structures.
After over 60 years of success, the new generations continue on the path of the Founders, with the desire to
project themselves in a future that wants F.B. spa increasingly protagonist. The orientation towards the search for
new solutions and an increasingly qualified team, are elements that determine the continuous presence of F.B.
spa in the reference markets, albeit in a constantly evolving geopolitical scenario.
