The purpose of the association is to promote and defend the members’ interests collaborating
constructively with the General Confederation of the Italian Industry, the Ministry of Industry and the
ministry of Work, The European Commission with the goal to create a jurisprudence that supports the
business of this industrial sector.
The industry sector employs around 25,000 employees and a turnover of more than € 3,005 million

UCC offers to its members:
• Regular updating of the development of national and European legislation concerning this ANNUARIO ANIMP 2019/2020

• Active participating in technical/regulatory round tables on a national and international scale
(UNI, CEN, ISO, ORGALIME)

by being the proud coordinator of the ASME BPV Italy International Working Group. The group
