Founded in 1972, Vergaengineering SpA is a leading engineering company specialised
in the design,fabrication, supply and erection of fired heaters and related equipment for
the oil and gas industry.
The head office is in Milano from where Vergengineering manage its procurement,
prefabrication and erection activities in accordance with strict quality, control and
inspection procedures which have been developed as part of Vergaengineering quality
system. In addition to fired heaters, Vergaengineering can supply waste heat recovery
units, compete skids and burner management systems, combustion air preheating
systems, fans and pumps, control instrumentation, analysers and spare parts. In addition
Vergaengineering carries out revamping / feasibility studies to assess performance of
existing heaters as well as to evaluate future investments for new units.

drafting committees of major international standards in its industry.
