awarded since it came into force in 2015 and the
early involvement in the first phases of the projects
is leading to a continuous and successful progres-
sion into the subsequent phases.
It is worth saying that at the end of each phase,
OMV Petrom performs Independent Gate Review
sessions to provide confidence for the Project Ow-
ner and stakeholders that the project requirements
are being met. They also authorize the funding of
the next phase. For the most important projects an
Independent Project Analysis (IPA) is also required
for the evaluation of the phases and whose review
and ranking in relation to industrial benchmarking
