Jenny Davis-peccoud
Jenny Davis-Peccoud is the global practice leader of Bain & Company’s Sustainability & Corporate
Responsibility practice. She joined Bain in 1992 and is now based in Amsterdam.Jenny has focused on
organizational topics for over 10 years. She has helped companies in multiple sectors with organization
design, culture transformation, decision effectiveness and change leadership. Jenny also develops and
commercializes Bain’s organizational capabilities. Jenny has published extensively on organization, with
her articles appearing in Harvard Business Review and Forbes.com, among others. She is noted as
a major contributor to Bain’s book Decide & Deliver: Five Steps to Breakthrough Performance in Your
Organization.
Axel seemann
Axel Seemann is a partner in the Frankfurt offi ce. He joined Bain in 1993.Axel helps Private Equity Funds to
make better acquisitions and to realize the full value of their portfolio companies. He also helps Industrial
companies to develop strategies and evolve their organizations. Axel serves as Frankfurt Offi ce Head and
European M&A Capability leader.
Michael Jongeneel
Michael Jongeneel is a partner in Bain & Company’s Amsterdam offi ce. He is an expert in Bain’s
Financial Services practice. Michael’s experience ranges from strategy and M&A to large organizational
transformations, including lean transformations, and IT, including agile and scrum methodology. His
recent emphasis has been on corporate and business unit strategy with a focus on creating value and
competitive advantage through sustainability.
Fernando Martins
Fernando Martins is an Expert Vice President based in Bain & Company Chicago offi ce. Fernando joined
Bain in 1998 and developed a strong expertise in the Energy and natural resources sector. He is also an
active contributor on the Social Impact theme.

sostenibilità, come ad esempio l’inclusione di ambiziosi target nella propria strategia aziendale. Ora è necessario
identifi care approcci più innovativi (ne xt generation) che consentono di sbloccare nuove opportunità sviluppando
anche un posizionamento differenziante verso i propri clienti. Solo così le aziende pioniere, costruiranno un vero
nuovo modello economico sostenibile che sarà seguito poi dal resto del mercato negli anni successivi.
