                                  Removal Project













                                  After the collapse of Morandi bridge, Fagioli was called,

                                  of Morandi bridge sections. Main temporary joint

                                                                           top end of the bridge with No. 2 additional strand
                                                                           jacks with counterweights with the task of providing a
                                                                           counterbalancing action during the lowering (Please see
                                                                           picture “operations”)
                                                                           After the removal of some of the sections and the neces-
                                                                           sary environment reclamation,  it was decided to explode
                                                                           some of the pylons (not in Fagioli scope of work). At the
                                                                           time being, all the sections and pylons of the Morandi
                                                                           bridge, have been successfully removed.
