Francesco La Motta
Francesco La Motta, graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2013.
After completing a PhD program at the same University in 2017, he joined OILTECH as a Process Engi-
neer. He is currently working as Process Leader, in charge of O&G and biogas projects.
Alessandro Boffa
Alessandro Boffa, holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, where
he graduated in 2015. After working in the plastic & resin sector, he joined OILTECH as a Senior Process
Engineer in 2018. He has been involved in the process design of numerous upstream and midstream Oil
& Gas projects.
Alessandro Erto
Alessandro Erto is associate professor in Unit Operations and Environmental Chemical Engineering at
DICMAPI (Department of Chemical Engineering, Materials, and Industrial Production) of University of
Naples “Federico II”.
His research activities are mainly focused on the development of innovative and sustainable technologies.
He is author or co-author of more than 140 papers published in peer-reviewed journals and scientific
conference proceedings, mainly deriving from scientific collaborations with many public and private inter-
national institutions and industrial partners.
Esther Pancione
Esther Pancione graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering at the University of Naples “Federico II”.
Her master’s thesis activities were carried-out at DICMAPI (Department of Chemical Engineering, Ma-
terials, and Industrial Production) where she carried-out experimental works on CO adsorption gaining
2
experience on the design and operation of swing adsorption systems for CO2 capture.
Vacuum Pressure Swing: tecnologie
rese e prestazioni.
