Fired Heaters Trouble Shooting
and Revamp, a Successful
Experience in Russia
Kirishi Refinery invited Amec Foster Wheeler (now Wood) for
a site survey propaedeutic to conducting a process study to
advise possible solutions for the fired heaters. The subsequent
study included a thermal and fluid dynamic re-rating of
dewaxing fired heaters in order to correct the cause of serious
tubes integrity problems
