PMC per la nuova raffineria Star in Turchia

Una nuova raffineria da 10 milioni di t/anno sta sorgendo ad Aliağa, presso Izmir, sulla costa turca dell’Egeo. La
raffineria, controllata dalla State Oil Company of Azerbaijian (Socar), produrrà principalmente 4,6 milioni di t/
anno di diesel Euro 6, 1,6 milioni di t/anno di jet fuel e 1,7 milioni di t/anno di nafta per l’adiacente complesso
petrolchimico esistente.
Il progetto, entrato nella fase operativa nel 2010 con la preparazione del Front End package da parte di Amec
Foster Wheeler, è al momento in fase di avanzata progettazione di dettaglio e nel pieno dei lavori civili. Il
