In the Baden Württemberg Region, as well in the

cess requires a Building Permit: this permit has to
be formally issued by the owner of the new con-
struction (BIPSO establishement in our case) and
approved by the municipality. The application is
usually evaluated and approved within a period of
90 days. In case of substantial modification to the
permit package, partial or complete resubmission
might be envisaged.
In most of the cases the application for a building
permit is submitted to the local building authority
by the building supervisory authority (Bauamt), that
