Il problema della rete
Si sono quindi susseguiti gli interventi di RSE (Ri- oggi non si chiama
cerca del Sistema Elettrico) e di TERNA, che hanno “più “congestione”
messo in evidenza i punti critici della rete italiana
alla luce dell’immissione di potenza elettrica da rin- ma “stabilità”
novabile in linea con il PNIEC.

Talking about feasibility and economics of the new investments in the worldwide
panorama of the renewable energy doesn’t seem a real new issue, probably this will
be a matter suitable for discussion from now to the complete de-carbonization of the
productive activities on the Earth. But the real news are coming from the continuous
changes in the economic and political scenarios and their consequence on the
investments in the renewable energy.
The de-carbonization is not anymore a desire, but it is a must, it is evident. But
the ways by which it is deployed in each Country, the difference of this deployment
among the OECD Countries, among the fast growing Countries and among all the
others, not yet on the way of rapid economic development, all together those matters
result in a continuous, day by day, modification of political and economic scenario in
each Country .
With this rapid change, neither the financing systems, that have to pay back the
investment, nor the Governments/Authorities, that issue laws and rules to regulate the
market, are capable to assure coherence and certainty and sometimes in order to not
penalize the investment already in place, they do not succeed in the stimulation of the
new ones
How to deal with that?
