Francesco Cigala

Francesco Cigala is a partner in Bain & Company’s Kuala Lumpur office. He leads Bain’s Performance
Improvement practice in Southeast Asia and is an expert in the firm›s Supply Chain Management, Energy
& Natural Resources and Oil & Gas practices. Francesco has more than 15 years of management con-
sulting experience across a range of industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, automotive, consumer
goods, manufacturing, airlines and private equity. He holds deep expertise in large-scale merger integra-
tions, transformations, organizational restructuring, complexity management, capability building, manu-
facturing optimization, supply chain management and strategy.

José de sá

José de Sá is a partner based in Bain & Company’s Rio de Janeiro office. He joined Bain in 2008
and has more than 20 years of management consulting experience. José has worked with the top
management of many large national and multinational groups across a range of industries, including
oil & gas, petrochemicals, and energy. He has also worked in the public sector, as well as trade and
development institutions in the Americas, Europe and Africa. In the oil & gas downstream sector, José
has led assignments in corporate and business unit strategy, strategic due diligences, target feedstock
and product mix, plant configuration and capex budget of downstream projects.

Diego Garcia is a partner based in Bain & Company’s Buenos Aires office. He is an expert in the firm’s Oil
& Gas practice. Diego has worked with top management of many large national and multinational groups
across numerous industries and regions, including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru. He has
participated in engagements addressing business unit strategy, customer strategy & marketing, adja-
cency growth strategy, performance improvement, organization, strategic sourcing and procurement,
ownership structure, corporate M&A and merger integration.

tiziano rivolta

Tiziano Rivolta is a senior partner in Bain & Company’s Milan office, and he is a core member of Bain’s
global Oil & Gas practice. He also leads Bain Italy’s Results Acceleration Practice (Organization, Agile and
Results Delivery) and Italy’s Chemicals practice. He has more than 20 years of management consulting
experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most important stra-
tegic issues. He has served clients in numerous markets across Europe, Middle East, APAC and South
America. He is Certified Agile Scrum Master.
