Sergey V. Eremin, Doctor Sci. (Econ.), Professor of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas
(National Research University), Department of Marketing of Energy Products.
Dr. Eremin has extensive experience in the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the mayor
Russian oil and gas companies. In 2007 he joined the teaching and scientific staff of Gubkin University.
His scientific and research activities are mainly focused on theories and best practices of energy market
liberalization and regulation, as well as international energy cooperation and economic integration.
Diana O. Stekhova
Diana O. Stekhova, Cand. Sci. (Econ.), Senior lecturer of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas
(National Research University), Department of Marketing of Energy Products
Dr. Stekhova has experience of work in Gazprom branch in budgeting department. In 2016 she joined
the teaching and scientific staff of Gubkin University. Her scientific and research activities are mainly focu-
sed on gas markets analysis and energy products trading. She holds a Ph.D in gas trading from Gubkin
University.
Il mercato russo del gas naturale
in transizione
L’articolo tratta la struttura e il quadro normativo dei mercati del gas russi, i risultati e le prospettive della sua
trasformazione. La comprensione di questa prospettiva, oltre all’interesse teorico generale, è importante in termini di
valutazione dei meccanismi regolatori e del contesto istituzionale, dell’efficienza dell’industria del gas e della competitività
del gas russo soprattutto sui mercati del gas europei. Il rafforzamento del ruolo globale del GNL, la decarbonizzazione,
la digitalizzazione e il decentramento della produzione e del consumo di energia, aumentano la necessità di analisi
scientifiche dei cambiamenti strutturali nei mercati del gas. Particolare attenzione dovrebbe essere prestata alla
trasformazione dell’attuale sistema russo di approvvigionamento del gas e a una maggiore concorrenza. Gli attori dei
mercati del gas hanno sfide o nuove opportunità sotto le trasformazioni menzionate.
